Refund & Return Policy

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

All sales from Three Delta Actual LLC are final. Because many of our products are custom, personalized, made to order, fabricated in small batches, or produced specifically for an individual customer, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

1. No Returns

Three Delta Actual LLC does not accept product returns. This includes custom products, personalized products, 3D-printed items, laser-cut or laser-engraved items, UV-printed items, acrylic signs, plaques, challenge coin holders, drinkware, apparel, unit or organizational displays, insignia-based products, and other made-to-order or fabricated goods.

Once an order has been completed and delivered, the customer may not return the item because of a change of mind, subjective preference, color preference, size preference, design preference, duplicate purchase, change in assignment, PCS, ETS, retirement, unit change, or because the customer no longer needs or wants the item.

2. No Refunds

Three Delta Actual LLC does not provide refunds for completed purchases, custom-order deposits, design fees, approved custom work, production time, machine time, material costs, shipping charges, or completed products, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Submitting payment authorizes Three Delta Actual LLC to begin allocating design time, material, machine capacity, production scheduling, and other resources to the order. Custom-order deposits and design fees are nonrefundable once substantive work has begun, including design work, file preparation, material purchasing, machine preparation, fabrication, or production scheduling.

3. Cancellations

Orders are not guaranteed to be cancelable after payment is submitted. Three Delta Actual LLC may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation before substantive work begins, but is not required to do so. Once design work, material commitment, machine setup, fabrication, printing, engraving, cutting, assembly, or other production work has begun, the order is final.

4. Production Errors

If Three Delta Actual LLC makes a material production error that causes the finished item to differ from the approved design or expressly agreed specifications, contact us promptly so we can review the issue. If we determine that a manufacturing error occurred, our preferred remedy is repair, correction, remake, or replacement of the affected item, as appropriate. A manufacturing error does not automatically entitle the customer to a cash refund unless applicable law requires one.

Normal manufacturing variation is not considered a defect. This may include 3D-print layer lines, seam locations, support-contact marks, minor surface texture, filament or material batch variation, laser kerf, engraving shade variation, acrylic or wood variation, UV ink or varnish variation, minor alignment differences, and differences between screen colors and physical materials.

5. Approved Designs

The customer is responsible for reviewing proofs, mockups, renderings, measurements, names, spelling, dates, ranks, unit designations, artwork, colors, orientation, dimensions, quantities, and placement before approval. Errors or preferences that were present in an approved proof and reasonably visible before approval are not grounds for a refund, return, or free remake.

6. Shipping Damage or Delivery Issues

If an order arrives damaged or there is a documented delivery issue, contact Three Delta Actual LLC promptly with photographs and relevant shipping information. We will review the circumstances and determine the appropriate next step, which may include assisting with a carrier claim, repair, replacement, or remake. This does not create a general right to return the product or receive a refund.

7. Digital Files, Design Files, and Production Files

Unless Three Delta Actual LLC expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement, payment for a physical product does not include ownership of, access to, or delivery of the files used to design or manufacture that product.

Any original file, production file, source file, editable file, digital model, CAD file, STL, 3MF, vector file, SVG, DXF, laser file, toolpath, print-ready file, UV-ready file, layout, template, mockup, rendering, cleaned or redrawn artwork, production setup, or other digital work product created by Three Delta Actual LLC in connection with an order (collectively, “TDA Production Files”) remains the property of Three Delta Actual LLC, except for pre-existing customer content or third-party intellectual property contained within those files.

The customer retains whatever rights the customer already has in artwork, logos, photographs, names, insignia, trademarks, or other content the customer supplied. However, the customer’s ownership of or rights in that underlying content does not transfer ownership of TDA’s production files, layouts, digital models, redraws, manufacturing setup, or other original work created by TDA.

Purchasing a physical product grants the customer ownership of that physical product only. It does not transfer copyright, design-file ownership, source-file ownership, manufacturing rights, reproduction rights, or the right to demand editable or production-ready files.

Three Delta Actual LLC is not required to provide TDA Production Files to a customer. If TDA agrees to sell, license, or transfer a digital file, source file, editable file, or production file, that transfer must be expressly stated in writing and may be subject to a separate fee and separate license or assignment terms. No ownership transfer is implied by payment for a physical product.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback does not change this policy or create a right to a return or refund. Three Delta Actual LLC may provide order records, customer approvals, communications, production records, shipping information, photographs, and applicable store policies to a payment processor, bank, or card issuer when responding to a payment dispute.

9. Non-Waivable Rights

Nothing in this policy eliminates any right or remedy that applicable law does not permit a seller to waive. Where the law requires a particular remedy, this policy will be interpreted only to the maximum extent legally permitted.
